Mr. Grey is the President and CEO of Elite Parking Services of America, where they specialize in parking and transportation management services for municipalities, downtown urban markets, airports, and hospitals. During his time at Jacksonville University in 2007, Mr. Grey started Elite Parking which was then known as Elite Valet, by 2010 Elite Valet changed its name to Elite Parking to encompass more parking services and began managing operations across the east coast of the United States. Recently in 2015 Mr. Grey had the honor of leading the Elite Parking team to the development of the first human capital management system in parking, by developing an automated method to managing employees, reducing operational cost, and increasing personnel productivity all through a mobile and web based application known as eTrac. In 2017 Mr. Grey successfully led the Elite team to the completion of a long-term partnership agreement with a firm known as Local Motors to be the exclusive operator for their Autonomous Shuttle Vehicle known as Olli, which makes Elite the first autonomous vehicle operator in the United States. Elite Parking was the recipient of the 2015 Business Ambassador award, given to companies creating jobs and technology innovation throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Grey possess over 13 years’ experience in parking & transportation management. Mr. Grey is a gubernatorial appointee to the Transportation Commission for the State of Florida. Current Vice Chair for the Deloris Weaver Foundation, Board Member for the Downtown Investment Authority, and the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Grey is an active member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) a worldwide organization of CEO and company Presidents. Additionally, Mr. Grey has attained personal accolades such as the Business Journals Top 40 under 40, The Governors Young Entrepreneur Award, Nominee for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and the Jacksonville University Distinguished Alumni of the Year Award. Mr. Grey’s educational background encompasses a BS from Jacksonville University, and an MBA from Delta State University. Mr. Grey is a 2014 graduate of Jacksonville’s Leadership JAX class of 2014.
