Erin R. Whitmore
Erin joined BMD in 2016 after working with Alexander DeGance Barnett, P.A. While working with ADB, Erin specialized in providing legal assistance, advice and counsel to corporate management with respect to employment and labor matters, including: wage and hour, civil rights and contract disputes, federal and state agency inquiries and audits, and compliance with regulations at the local, state, and federal levels. Erin’s extensive experience also includes advising, counseling, training, and representing public and private post-secondary educational institutions regarding such issues as student disciplinary decisions, claims of discrimination and harassment, student accommodations and compliance with the ADA, Section 504, Title IV, Title VI, Title IX, the Clery Act and the Campus SaVE Act.
